Disability Tax Credit

These DTC Tip Sheets are designed to assist speech-language pathologists and audiologists in completing DTC certificate forms.

The DTC is a non-refundable tax credit that helps persons with disabilities or their supporting persons reduce the amount of income tax they may have to pay. S-LPs and audiologists are medical practitioners who may be asked to complete the DTC forms for patients or clients with “hearing” or “speaking” impairments”.
