Learn about the latest evidence and practice in falls prevention! This two-part in-person workshop is organized by the Falls Prevention Clinic and the Centre for Aging SMART and is highly suited for allied healthcare professionals working with older adults. The workshop will deliver evidence and clinical guidelines in falls prevention, including risk assessment, interventions, and evidence-based strategies to promote adherence to recommendations. Case-based learning will be embedded within this workshop. Register early, space is limited. A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the workshop.
