Diana, originally from Nunavut, has deep ties to Inuit communities and to the North. Over the past couple of years, along with developing her S-LP clinical skills, Diana made an effort to learn about how Governance systems work to be better able to navigate them and advocate for S-LP and Indigenous issues. From her unique experience and perspective, she hopes to contribute to developing innovative approaches for the intersection between Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology with Northern and Indigenous populations.
