Applying to be on SAC’s Board of Directors provides you an opportunity to play a key role in helping SAC achieve its strategic goals and objectives, have the voice of your profession heard, learn new skills and competencies and expand your network.

The Nominations Committee encourages applications from members who identify as First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples, members of visible minorities, persons with disabilities, and those who identify as gender diverse. Members with experience working with marginalized populations and knowledge of cultural safety and humility are also helpful to support the Board.
